  3. Review Period: Allow us 7 days to review your claim before we discuss the next steps for shipping or return.

Important Notes

  • No Refunds for Misuse: We will NOT refund you if the item has been misused or altered in any way.
  • Shipping Costs: We will not cover shipping costs for replacements.
  • Lost or Stolen Items: We will not be held responsible for any jewelry that has been lost or stolen.
