for changes, as we try to start production shortly after orders are placed.
- Cleaning: We do NOT recommend cleaning your jewelry with any harsh chemicals or solvents. A simple microfiber cloth, along with phosphate-free soap and warm water, should be enough to clean most smudges and dirt.
- Material: Our products are made of stainless steel with gold or rose gold plating for maximum durability and lifespan.
- We do not recommend sleeping or going to the gym with your jewelry, as they can snag or get crushed easily, which could void your warranty.
○ Showering or washing the area (wrist) with the jewelry is fine, but be mindful that
the chemicals in shampoos & soaps can sometimes affect the plating, durability,
or shine on the jewelry. We do not advise submerging with the jewelry. Keep in
mind that any ignorance to this, does not dismiss you from being liable for any
issues you may experience. These issues ARE NOT covered under your
warranty.
